Istanbul Airports (IST and SAW)

Istanbul Airport (IATA: IST) is the main airport, opened in 2018, replacing the old Atatürk Airport. It's located 35 km northwest of the center and is a Turkish Airlines hub.

Sabiha Gökçen (IATA: SAW) is the second airport, on the Asian side, 35 km from the center. It's used mainly by Pegasus and low-cost carriers.
