Personal data: last name, first name and patronymic (if any); passport details; phone number; email address; transaction data — date and time of the transaction, cost, currency, items of the selected goods (works, services); payment card identifiers (masked). Storage period: 5 years from the moment of purchasing the goods (works, services) / giving consent.
Responding to a User's request. Basis: a request received through feedback forms. Personal data: last name, first name and patronymic (if any); phone number; email address; content of the request. Storage period: until the User withdraws consent to the processing of personal data.
Informing the User by email. Basis: consent. Personal data: email address. Storage period: until the User withdraws consent to the processing of personal data.
7. Can the data be changed?
The User has the right to send a request to change data, except for data on payments made, to the address specified in the Contact Information section.
8. How to destroy your data?
The User may destroy their data by sending a request to the address specified in the Contact Information section.

Storage period: 5 years from the moment of purchasing the goods (works, services) / giving consent.
Making payments. To whom it is transferred: second-tier banks of the Republic of Uzbekistan; payment organizations. Basis: purchase of goods (works, services). Personal data: last name, first name and patronymic (if any); passport details; phone number; email address; transaction data; payment card identifiers (masked). Storage period: 5 years from the moment of purchasing the goods (works, services) / giving consent.
10. Disclosure of information to government bodies and authorized persons
The Company may disclose personal data to the relevant government bodies or persons authorized for this purpose only upon an official request sanctioned by an authorized official. However, the disclosure of data is strictly regulated, and the Company may not disclose personal data other than in accordance with the procedures established by law.
